NORTH FARM ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION REQUESTS
Modification to the exterior of your home may require approval from the Homeowners Association (HOA). When required, HOA approval must be obtained prior to starting work on the project. Failure to obtain HOA approval before work begins can result in a $200 fine.
The NF Modification Request Form (MRF) along with the NF Rules and Regulations offer important information about which projects require the HOA approval process.
Modification Request Forms can be submitted electronically using the North Farm online/electronic Modification Request Form at https://www.northfarmhoa.org (preferred) or you can download a printable form from the NF Website and email it to [email protected].
Allow 30 days from the date the form is received for Architectural Standards Committee review and approval of the project.
You will be notified by email and in writing if your request is approved or denied. Approval to start the project is good for 120 days. Once the project is started, it must be completed within one year. If your request is denied by the Architectural Standards Committee (ASC), you may request a hearing with the NF Board of Directors. See Article IX of the North Farm Covenants for more information.
