HOMEOWNER REGISTRATION
To fully access the site, homeowners need to register and create a password. This allows you to see pages that are "protected". (Protected pages are designated by a padlock icon on the main menu.)
Homeowners who have an email address on file with the HOA receive an "email invitation" to create a login for the website.
If you are a North Farm homeowner and did not received the "email invitation" to create a log in account, you can register to access protected pages by clicking on the word "register" at the top right-hand corner of this page. Once the NF HOA verifies you as a North Farm homeowner, you can begin accessing protected pages.
ABOUT NORTH FARM
North Farm is a beautiful and spacious 252 home subdivision located about 30 minutes north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, Georgia. Amenities include a pool, tennis and pickleball courts. North Farm is centrally located near schools, banking, grocery/super markets, pharmacies, restaurants and local places of worship. North Point Mall is just 6 miles away.
North Farm is a Covenant protected community. New and perspective homeowners are encouraged to review all North Farm governing documents as they specify the restrictions, processes and requirements that must be followed by all homeowners. Copies of the North Farm Covenants, By-Laws and Rules & Regulations can be downloaded from this website.
