Tennis & Pickleball Court Use 2022

 2022 NF TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS 

The North Farm (NF) tennis/pickleball courts are intended for use by NF residents and their guests.  Guests must be accompanied by a NF residents at all times while using the courts.

Residents are responsible for removing all personal items and properly discarding trash, spent balls, etc. each time the courts are used.
Tennis etiquette should be observed at all times.

No bikes, rollerblades or skates, skateboards, big wheels, or other toys are allowed on the courts.

NOTE:  NF Tennis Court Rules and Regulations are subject to change by the NF Board of Directors as needed.

 RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT / RULES & REGULATIONS 

Residents wishing to use the NF tennis courts or other facilities are required to sign a NFHOA Recreation Facility Release and Indemnification form before using the facilities.

Upon receipt of the signed NF Release and Indemnification Form, the facility access code will be provided to the resident.

 RESERVATION SYSTEM 

NF residents may "reserve" ONE COURT for tennis or pickleball play.  The resident's email must be on file with the HOA to reserve a court. (See downloadable directory to confirm that your email in on file).   Email updated email addresses to [email protected].

Residents may reserve a tennis court using the YourCourts.com reservation system (link below).  You will need to create a login ID to access the reservation system.

RESERVATIONS ARE LIMITED TO  2 - ONE HOUR SLOTS PER DAY. Residents may continue to play beyond their reserved time only if there are no other reservations for the specified court. 

If a NF residents with a reservation arrives, the individuals playing without a reservation MUST SURRENDER occupancy of the court to the resident with the reservation.
